
i make this a couple times a week and it's so quick and satisfying! not to mention anti-inflammatory and great for skin and hormone health
~ start with your favorite tinned fish, 1/8-1/4 cup rice, and 1/2 an avocado, mix well in a bowl with a fork
~ Next, mix in any chopped fresh veggies from your fridge (cucumber, peppers, carrots, celery, etc.)
~ Season with a dash of soy sauce, good quality sesame oil, and furikake
~ pair with a ferment like sauerkraut or kimchi, steamed greens with good salt, and some roasted seaweed
~ enjoy :)
