through open fire cooking, Betsy is bringing people back together in an area that was severely affected by the Altadena fires. it’s symbolic, delicious, and so important. they just opened Bar Betsy ~ an all-day cafe two doors down with fantastic coffee, pastries, and sandwiches ~ highly recommend the carrot one!
